What is the difference between standard and full-bridge R32 sleeves?
A standard sleeve is the default same-thread connector. A full-bridge sleeve uses a different internal stop/bridge structure and must be quoted from the required rod-end geometry or sample.
Can this R32–R32 sleeve connect R32 to T38 or T45?
No. That requires a purpose-designed crossover adapter. This product is specified as an R32–R32 coupling sleeve.

The R32 system combines the shank adapter, male-ended drill rods, R32–R32 coupling sleeves and a matched drill bit. Crossover adapters are separate products.
