Ordering and Quotations
Q: What information should I send for a quotation?
A: Product model or product family, expected quantity, destination, and any known technical requirements. For tool matching, also include rock type, hole diameter, depth, air pressure and existing drill or rig model.
Q: Can I start with a trial order?
A: Trial quantities can be discussed according to the product and specification. The confirmed MOQ is stated in the quotation.
Q: Which payment and delivery terms are available?
A: Available payment terms, Incoterms and shipping options are confirmed for each quotation.
Technical Selection
Q: How do I know whether a drill, rod and bit are compatible?
A: Send the drill model, shank or connection, rod size, taper angle, bit diameter and operating conditions. We will review the combination before quotation.
Q: What if I do not know all technical parameters?
A: Mark unknown fields as “Not sure” in the RFQ form and provide photos, drawings or current part references during follow-up.
Quality and Documentation
Q: What inspection documents are available?
A: The available inspection records depend on the product, batch and agreed order requirements. We confirm the document list before the order is finalized.
Q: Can a third party inspect the order?
A: Third-party inspection can be coordinated when agreed in advance, subject to the inspection scope and production schedule.
After-Sales
Q: How are quality issues reviewed?
A: Send the product model, batch information, photos or video, operating conditions and a description of the issue. The review process and resolution are based on the supplied evidence and agreed commercial terms.
