Quality Control by Product and Order Requirement
The inspection plan is based on the product type, critical dimensions, operating requirements and agreed order documentation. Not every inspection applies to every product.
Typical Inspection Stages
- Incoming material check: Review material identification and purchased components where applicable.
- In-process check: Monitor key dimensions and process requirements during machining, forging or heat treatment.
- Final dimensional check: Verify critical interfaces, connections and overall dimensions against the confirmed specification.
- Visual check: Review finish, assembly, marking and obvious defects.
- Functional check: Test applicable pneumatic tools for operation, leakage or other agreed parameters.
- Packing check: Confirm quantity, labeling and packing method before shipment.
Order Documentation
The available inspection records are confirmed before order placement. When third-party inspection is required, the inspection scope, timing and cost should be agreed in advance.
