Pneumatic air-leg rock drill for 34–42 mm wet blast-hole drilling up to approximately 5 m in medium-hard and hard rock. Uses an H22 × 108 mm shank and requires correctly matched air supply, lubrication, water flushing, air leg, rods and bits.
YT28 is a pneumatic air-leg rock drill for underground development, tunneling, quarrying and civil rock excavation. It is selected for 34–42 mm wet drilling in medium-hard and hard rock when stable air supply, correct lubrication and a matched drilling package are available.

Continuous lubrication is essential. Lubricator setting and oil grade must follow the supplied operating manual and site conditions.
The valve system controls alternating compressed-air flow to the piston to support repeatable percussion and rotation cycles.
